normal church going christians become attracted to churches with charismatic pastors who preaches prosperity gospel

Medieval times is a period of European history. There's no concept of karma.
Buddhism did not spread westwards to Europe during that time. Buddhism in India died after the conquest of the Muslims.

Yes, i can see, India went into decline, whereas Europe was flourishing after the dark age with enlightenment, eg. separation of state and church, and with dropping church attendance in modern days, it practically went booming

wait till you read the prophecy God has for the 5 continents of the world then you will realise how unkind, inhuman God is. My non christian friend after reading it was so full of anger and told me if this God is a good God he will not want to send natural disasters to kill even the innocent. This statement of hers woke me up (I was still a christian then).
