ur analogy of 3-in-1 is not correct but its a common error...cos although water has 3 forms but it cannot be these 3 forms at the same time...however, God is Father, Son and HS at the same time...a better analogy would be the role of a man in the house...he is a father to his child, husband to his wife and son to his father and he is all 3 roles at the same time...

Whatever.
Don't think much about it.
actually, to fully explain the trinity of God...we nee to combine several 3-in-1 analogies tgr...the analogy above onli explain having 3 roles each wif distinct duties/responsibilities like the trinity but it does not explain the part that God is everywhere all the time...for that, u may need to use the compound of oxygen for eg...where u have 2 elements of hydrogen and 1 element of oxide...its everywhere ard usand these 3 elements move/go tgr...however, it has a slight flaw. there are times and places where oxygen is not present...
hey paisei...i got mixed up wif water(h2o) haha...but its along tat line lah...tink chemistry...
whatever, god is still the same old god who . . ..........
hahahha
juz tot of an eg...carbon dioxide...CO2...

So in the bible jesus prayed to himself? Why would he say "father they know not what they're doing" if he was god?
tats when u need another 3-in-1 analogy, again to do wif the family...say ur family surname is Tan(no offence to any Tan in here)...the 3 of them belong to one unit/family called God...so in the Tan family, theres Tan the son and Tan the father...they are 2 distinct persons yet tgr as 1 unit and family...the whole hsehold form the Tan family...this is like the Holy Spirit...so jesus praying to God the Father is like Tan the son toking to his father who is also Tan...taks some time to digest tis analogy...i took some time too...
so god is a pantheon of 3 entities?
god is possesed by the other 3 gods? or god is suffering from split personalities?

Difference is that say the father is Jerry, the son is James, is Jerry = James? They may share simillar characteristics, in this case the sirname, but eventually they are distinctly different. This is incoherent as an example of jesus = yahweh = holy spirit. Using your example, the best i can come up with is that the tan family is 1 unit of gods.
eh, jesus doesnt equal the holy spirit...who told u tat? the Father, Son and HS equals God...but the Son is not the Father...now i noe y u dun fully get the analogy...cos u tot son equals father...no, they are equal in

eh, jesus doesnt equal the holy spirit...who told u tat? the Father, Son and HS equals God...but the Son is not the Father...now i noe y u dun fully get the analogy...cos u tot son equals father...no, they are equal in terms of ability and power but diff in terms of status...so jerry equals james in the sense tat they are equal in ability and power...becos they are one and we are toking abt a perfect trinity so the unity is a perfect one...so wadever the son tinks or says is the same as the father...but he prays to the father in submission due to status...but jesus is by no means less powerful than the Father...
i also mentioned in my earlier post tat u need to draw from several analogies...by wad u juz said above...if a man is a husband to his wife, father to his child and son to his father, does that mean he is 3 diff human beings? no, he is one human being who plays 3 diff roles at one time...now u combine this wif the Tan analogy which explains being 3 separate forms yet same God and also carbon dioxide(CO2) which can be found everywhere(except manmade vacuums)...

So how does that make christianity monotheistic? 2 gods with the same power but are different?

Based on this roles theory, it doesn't explain why god talks to himself
sigh...forget it...i guess we are of diff flow to begin wif...like i said b4, wads convincing evidence to me may not be for someone else...
