Yes, there are some with initial purposes and thats to feed the poor, well, after that they would have gone into another purpose and thats to lure them into a believe that they do not want to. My friend has become a non-christian already, so, he would tell me everything he knew. his parents had already worked with almost all the missionaries stationed in Africa. He said he took a photo of what the pastor did when he knew 1 of them did not want to attend church. i will post a photo sometime this week since he is not able to use the com everyday.
What are you thinking about? Believing only in the one and only non-Christian family you can find and believing everything they said just because they are non-Christian?
Did any of the good missionaries tell the straving : " Believed in God or I won't give you food" ?
Your claimed that "They giv them food and in return they want them to believe in God." simply hold no truth at all because all including your friend who is a non-Christian will be fed if he needs to.
No one is forced to become a Christian by the missionaries and no one will be denied help if they needed - regardless of their faith or lack of one.
And what is wrong with sharing a common sense beliefs with others?

my friend is non christian. not his parents. nothing is wrong in sharing the belief just that the way they want people to belief is almost close to holocaust. and by they i meant the missionaries not *ahem* god. and if u didnt read properly, i will post a picture soon of what a pastor did to a person who did not want to attend the church

He is just trying to find excuses. He thinks that Christianity is poison to him
sidenote: he WAS a loyal christian.

Dude, you must accept the fact that not all christians are 'holy' in your own perspective. You can't bring down a whole community just because of 1.

What about others who have problems worst than you ? Do they leave the Lord ?
Originally posted by Sgforum King:sidenote: he WAS a loyal christian.
Tell me why he was a LOYAL christian and you called him LOYAL.
Originally posted by Sgforum King:another thing, they dont say " believe in god or i dont give u food" they just dont give them food if they dont go to their church and listen to them.
If they are giving out food in the Church, how can one get them without going to the Church?
I am not sure if they deliver food to those who for some reason cannot come to the Church, like sick or handicapped etc...They may not due to the lack of manpower..
We don't have to go very far as my Church is giving rations every end of the month to needy people in the neighbourhood....they come to the Church, have lunch and collect their ration and go home - no need to listen to any Bible story or preaching...
And it does not matter what faith you are.....the only requirement is that you need the ration. Yes, the Church have ministry that visit the neighbourhood and seek out those who need help and help them......not preach to them.
If they want to know why the Church is helping them, then we will share with them that it is God that loves them and the Church is simply doing God's will be loving our neighbour....if they want to become Christians, they are most welcomed..If they don't wnat to, it's ok...
So I know what you are saying hold no truth. You only based what you said on 1 non-Christain family ignoring many others....

holocaust doesnt mean holy. if thats what u were thinking. the holocaust is the hitler ordering all jews to be killed holocaust. and i am not bringing down the whole community, its called awareness.
Originally posted by Sgforum King:sidenote: he WAS a loyal christian.
so that's reason why you listen to him because he same same as you.....but that does not mean what he said is the truth.

They can carry them into the church. and why do they wan to carry out rations in a CHURCH? and this is more about missionaries going to other countries

Ah, so awareness that Christianity will kill everyone in the world. Do you even know why Hilter wants to kill the jews ?

So is it Hitler's fault or God?

he only because non-christian after knowing what they are doing. i wasnt a christian long before he did. i also did not tell him that i am not a christian anymore untill when he told me. And i strongly believe what he said was the truth. he sent me the photo before so now i am waiting for him to send me back again and prove it to you all.
Originally posted by Happyinfo2:So is it Hitler's fault or God?
nope. its an example.
Originally posted by ƒlame:Ah, so awareness that Christianity will kill everyone in the world. Do you even know why Hilter wants to kill the jews ?
hitler was catholic, he disliked jews because jews have always been discriminated.
One of the theory was that because jews were believed to have killed jesus

Ya, actually I forgot to mentioned that for those who are sick, they get regular visit from Church goers (I.E. Christians) who will bring their share of rations along with them during such visits.
It seems like now you want yo pick on how they should carry out their missions? And they must do it to your liking?
Don't you think it is common sense that it is easier to have them come to the Church to collect them? Anyway, the supplier they buy from delivers them to the Church right?
Why do you think one need to go to the hospital when they need surgery and why not get the doctors to do the surgery at one's home?

i dunno where u get the idea that christianity will kill everyone. more like muslims

From what i know of, christians who do visit to help always talks about how "jesus died for your sins" while helping reluctantly. Anyways, now it has been a "tradition" to carry out rations in churches already. i dont blame them for that.
Originally posted by Sgforum King:nope. its an example.
Great example that it is one man's fault and NOT God's fault. And Hilter cannot represent Catholics or Christianity....he represents only himself. One that strays from God's teaching....like the 2.....

It's called Voluntary works.
Not many people can be an example to why we need to believe in Jesus. If you have time, read the bible and gain some knowledge.

i dont blame ur God for anything. And i did not use hitler as an example for christianity or catholics. it was simply an example and the similarity between missionaries and the holocaust
