pop ecstacy is not a good mental state of mind. it is taking drug and you will get all kinds of hellish mental states of mind under the inducement of drug. dun believe, go pop one and tell me how u feel.
when you eat your favourite dish, as long as you are happy, its a good mental positive state of mind. whatever you do, its your mental state of mind that is of paramount, never mind the action.

Sure, i believe a good mental positive state of mind is paramount, just like how beating the shit out of the punk who owed me heaps of money and breaking his leg is as ecstatic. But no. If u can enjoy these so called positive mental state .. the Feel Good factor... i cant wait till whats up in Heaven man. lol!
