I believe I had made mention that I did not mean that there was literally NO mention of the Holy Spirit whatsoever..
Yes, there is mention, but not with regards to keeping Torah. The verses you listed above are not showing the Spirit aiding one to fulfill the Torah.
Genesis is instantly out, cos the Law had not yet been given.
Exodus is about the Spirit empowering people to build God's house, to glorify Him.
Numbers shows the Spirit giving men the gift of prophecy. Also not topic related.
Judges shows the Spirit giving men victory.

Beresheet is not out because the Word was already there... the Law was there from the beginning.
SPDCP you mention grace came through Yeshua, grace for what? To Teshuv back to Yahweh. Not grace to forget or not do His Commandments.
KJV 1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and KEEPETH NOT
his
COMMANDMENTS, is a LIAR, and the truth is not in him.
So explain this verse away. it is a Brit Chadashah verse.

Psalms 143 :10 : What is God's Will?
Hebrews 10: 8 After He says above, You did not desire or delight in sacrifices and offerings, whole burnt offerings and sin offerings, (which are offered according to the law), 9 He then says, See, I have come to do Your will. He takes away the first to establish the second. 10 By this will, we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once and for all.
Proverbs 1:23 : "23 Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful."
I think it explains itself pretty well... He who promised, is faithful... Amen
Isaiah 59:1 : WOW.. thank you for giving this verse.. it is beautiful... I suggest reading the whole thing from beginning to end... however, for the time being, up till verse 17 is sufficient..
Isaiah 59:1 ~ 17 :
1 Indeed, the LORD's hand is not too short to save,
and His ear is not too deaf to hear.
2 But your iniquities have built barriers
between you and your God,
and your sins have made Him hide [His] face from you
so that He does not listen.
3 For your hands are defiled with blood,
and your fingers with iniquity;
your lips have spoken lies,
and you mutter injustice.
4 No one makes claims justly;
no one pleads honestly.
They trust in empty and worthless words;
they conceive trouble and give birth to iniquity.
5 They hatch viper's eggs
and weave spider's webs.
Whoever eats their eggs will die;
crack one open, and a viper is hatched.
6 Their webs cannot become clothing,
and they cannot cover themselves with their works.
Their works are sinful works,
and violent acts are in their hands.
7 Their feet run after evil,
and they rush to shed innocent blood.
Their thoughts are sinful thoughts;
ruin and wretchedness are in their paths.
8 They have not known the path of peace,
and there is no justice in their ways.
They have made their roads crooked;
no one who walks on them will know peace.
9 Therefore justice is far from us,
and righteousness does not reach us.
We hope for light, but there is darkness;
for brightness, but we live in the night.
10 We grope along a wall like the blind;
we grope like those without eyes.
We stumble at noon as though it were twilight;
[we are] like the dead among those who are healthy.
11 We all growl like bears
and moan like doves.
We hope for justice, but there is none;
for salvation, [but] it is far from us.
12 For our transgressions have multiplied before You,
and our sins testify against us.
For our transgressions are with us,
and we know our iniquities:
13 transgression and deception against the LORD,
turning away from following our God,
speaking oppression and revolt,
conceiving and uttering lying words from the heart.
14 Justice is turned back,
and righteousness stands far off.
For truth has stumbled in the public square,
and honesty cannot enter.
15 Truth is missing,
and whoever turns from evil is plundered.
The LORD saw that there was no justice,
and He was offended.
16 He saw that there was no man—
He was amazed that there was no one interceding;
so His own arm brought salvation,
and His own righteousness supported Him.
God saw that there was NO man that could keep His Law.. You said the Law is truth... yes, like I said, it does not lie.. and if you keep it perfectly, then yes, that truth applies to you.. but see here! In this Psalm, it says that truth is missing... it is outside and cannot enter.. because there is no one righteous.. How many millions of people were in Israel, and God saw NONE righteous.. and None was worthy to intercede..
"Beresheet is not out because the Word was already there... the Law was there from the beginning."
If the Law was there from the beginning, then why was Jacob not killed when he deceived his own father Isaac? The Law says he who dishonors his parents should be stoned, doesn't it?
I have repeatedly said that the Grace we have received is not to be used as an excuse to sin. In fact, I have also repeatedly mentioned that because of His grace, we now want to live according to His law, but this time, it is because the Spirit is the one who leads us. But anyway, your verse is interesting.. and i shall provide my answer..
1 John 2:4 : "3 This is how we are sure that we have come to know Him: by keeping His commands. 4 The one who says, "I have come to know Him," without keeping His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly in him the love of God is perfected. This is how we know we are in Him: 6 the one who says he remains in Him should walk just as He walked."
This verse is actually a verse that was meant to give confirmation. It is saying that, if you are in Christ, you will keep His commands...
Let me use a different example in order to make it clearer..
This is how we are sure that I have been born to my parents, by having the DNA of my parents. The one who says " I am born to mr and mrs XXX " but has not the DNA of Mr and Mrs XXX is a liar, and the truth is not in him.But whoever has the DNA of Mr and Mrs XXX , truly is their son. This is how we know we are of Mr and Mrs XXX: The one who says he is their son should have their DNA..
Do you understand now?
We are able to keep His commandments because we have come to know Christ, and not the other way around..
