Is there only one god?

there are so many god religions in this world, each professing to be one and only, the rest of the religions are false or satanic. so how are you going to know which religions are going to be speaking the truth? a true religion will not say it is the truth and accuse other religions are false or satanic. it will be humble, compassionate and merciful. banishing non believers to hell is not merciful and compassionate. if a terrorist is a believer, but killed so many pple due to his twisted ideology, after he die, will he go to heaven and enjoy eternal bliss or go to hell?

even Islam believes that there is other religion. So, it's kinda listen to your heart thingy...imo.to marcteng
Even a believer have its place for killing others which is also hell. The word 'believer' does not carry the term 'i will go to heaven'.

A non-believer might as well dont believe in heaven and hell? In other words, not believing in the world Hereafter. The logic is that if someone were to believe the existence of heaven and hell, there must be a Creator. How could a good non-believer believes that he/she will be put into heaven without knowing 'Who' will put him/her into heaven? Who created Heaven? Who Created Hell?Of course, if viewed from a religious person, most would definitely say that there is only one place no other than hell for non-believers. No excuse of how good or bad is that non-believer.

well-said!!! its true tat heaven n hell must tie in wif the concept of God...sadly many ppl who claim to believe in heaven n hell dun believe tat God exists...by God here, i dun mean must be christian God ah...God dun exist yet heaven n hell exists??? then where does the judgment of whether u r gd enuff for heaven comes from? urself? then doesnt tat mean most human beings wil make it to heaven since most r fond of justifying tat we r nvr bad enuff for hell?

I am so disillusioned w all the god religions, whether past, present or in future. if u ask me, all preaching about their own god, salvation thru god, hell to non believers
if u ask why god want to create races, they will tell you god wants variety? what abt germs, bacterias, microbes? did god created as well? I am sure that 2009 years ago, bacteria and germs wasnt mentioned in the bible right, cos science wasnt that advanced then.
I am sure god religions thrived during that era, no need to think much, just accept god and you will obtained your salvation.
but in this day and age, alot of people are rejecting the notion as science revealed to us more than god. thunders, earthquakes are not acts of god. in the ancient past, people would reckon they are acts of god, period, created to punish the human sins.

When I am promoted or if my child is born, I will be in the state of psychological hell because of the added responsibilities.

One thing they reckoned is this, if there is no god, why do we exists, where does babies come from, who created natural diasters, why there is day and night, summer and winter etc. it cant all exists on its own isnt it.
well again science can explain to us. to use god to explain for the existences of all that is a tad too simpleton, agreed?

You mean god can tell you all that???
A friend of mine told me when she is with her ex bf, she thought he is indeed the one. Almost perfect for her.
Before she was with him, she pray to god and ask to find her the ideal bf she would want and he appear. End up later cheated on her and they broke up.
She told me it is all a test by god.....
What i know is that god didn't give her an answer. So how can your god give a 100% accurate result?
