What the world really need is more 'living buddhas' to go spread love and compassion to replace those who have left us....Mother Teresa for one.

Christians refer it to being made to the image of Christ. Unfortunately....there's hardly any. Even people who could speak in tounges or even work miracle or prophesy they are still not an ideal image of Christ.
All are weak, all are sinners to a degree. Lacking the love that is required. -

Yes even the Bible teaches that we could drink of the spirit and do healings, prophesies and preach the Gospel and such, but if we work iniquities, we are doomed.Wich is very scary , because I think most of us have iniquities to work out .
But I also believe in Romans 1 and 2 we need his spirit in our lives , in our hearts, because having this relationship with him is very important, this is what can lead us to rightousness, by the grace of God thru Jesus the savior of the world.

and if we recieve his love and forgivness everyday in a relationship with him, then our sins die, we become dead to sin and alive to what God made us to live for and that is alive to love and have relationships and meaning to life and live forever.
We all die physically, like a flower seed has to die before it can bloom into a flower.

Jesus was a man but he was not mere man. He is the only man without sin. The only one without sin at all. He died on the cross but he was raised on the third day from among the dead. Death had no power over him. He now took a glorious body. His face shines much brighter than the sun which envelops His whole figure. I couldn't even see Him face to face. Jesus is my savior, my hope, my help, my wonder, my victory and my Lord. I'm not worthy for Him but He chose me nonetheless. I love Jesus as my Lord, the only one worthy to be served and defended. -

also, it conflicts with other forumers argument he is a model to show man can repent
