  NIV has perverted the true meaning of Romans 13.Use the KJV to look for Romans 13.KJV said obey the higher power.The higher power is Bills of rights not the government.

  And... Does that really matter if we are good and law-abiding citizens in the country... Higher power in those days means the law as well right?
