We all know that the watch is created by the designer because it has complicated parts... Nobody who found a watch in the desert or jungle will say that a watch is evolved or something like that rite?
So human gotta be created by a designer rite? =)
Then where did the designer come from? Where is he hiding?

That depends on what you want to believe, i reckon. Whether you want to think if we are the end goal that God's aiming for.
For all we know, the only objective is for the radiated ruins of our cities to serve as an example to the following generation. To serve as a physical reminder not to give in to their animalistic instincts.
I reckon when you bring up the watch example you're thinking of a well made Swiss watch, but in terms of design humans are more like the cheap Casio digital watch, functional at best but flawed in so much ways.
I believe in a God, but observing what i see around me i see no evidence of a loving God. I certainly do not think that the universe exist simply to accommadate us.

But our exsistence have got to have a purpose la... =)
Let us agree to disagree, but to keep that friendly talking terms... =)
I feel that there're lots of things we do not know yet... So we still can't judge whether God is loving or not... At least He gave us life... =)

Bro, God is not hiding... Given the software as an example... Where do you think the software engineer is hiding? =)
Just an opinion of mine...
Hope you're not offended in anyway...
The bible says this, the koran says that, the sutras say another thing and .... you are a delusional if you believe because what all these scriptures say about the universe are not proven, at best, and soundly debunked at worst.
If I say that you are a human being, there are so many ways to prove it and there is no need to go on a delusional trip whether you are a human being or not.
While people should be allowed to be delusional if it is harmless, delusions can have very big consequences!!! My advice to you is to live life rooted in REALITY!

I don't really disagree with that. Though i believe we can decide for ourselves what that purpose to be. I believe it is more demostrative of God's power to be able to accomadate multiple possiblities and paths, rather than that of only one straight direction.
It becomes a problem when we designate that purpose to be given by another being which since does not physically appear before us cannot be reasoned with or disputed. If non believers wants to disagree, believers would insist that this is God's will and cannot be reasoned with.
It is the human flaw to distort reality to suit their perspectives that i have issues with. Especially when the distortion is used to bring harm upon others, in the name of giving salvation and rescuing them from evil, abused by both Christianity and Islam.
I am definitely grateful for the existence of life, for my existence. However, i do not believe what he intends is decipherable by men who lived thousands of years ago.

Probably... Indeed men of thousands of years ago were not able to precisely identify how our lives will be... But I believe that the Bible instructs us of our behavior and how we should live our lives... As for our paths in life (aka destiny / fate) its already determined before we were born....
Well, just my beliefs... Feel free to comment on it =D

Thanks for the advise Andrew... I guess you've had had a successful life in which you have built up yourself...
But have you thought where you will go after your earthly life ends? (Just something to discuss... Dun take offence kay?)

If you wish to live your life accordingly to the Bible there's your choice. I respect your choices and all i want in return is respect for mine. You may disagree and debate with me if you like, but i expect a minimum of respect.
However, i have little respect to churches who preaches on about how it's neccessary to bring salvation to others and how others who refuse to follow their way will go to hell. That's a gang mentality.

You have my respects.... =)
I think the salvation part is just Chirstians beliefs... Gang mentality wise... I dunno wor...

Heh, the greatest threat to Christianity will not come from some outside force of unbelievers but within your own religion.

After life ends, we will be forever resting in peace.

hahaha... the big bang created the world? hahaha.... how more stupid can you get? The universe came into being in what can only be described as a big bang.
It does not say anything about how and why the big bang occurred. That part is for delusionals like you to imagine up and then decalre as the truth.
so you believe that we had achieved our present physical condition on the basis of evolution? a single-celled thingy started a few hundred million years ago worked its way finally to humanhood?
Hey let's talk about something smaller, an organ of a body and see if it could have logically taken that evolution route. If you were to take any part of the eye the retina for example, it does not work. the lens or the cornea? blindness. for the eye to see, all parts must be functional and or course present. that in in itself is a strong argument for design am i right?
i go into another direction, we take the concept back into the evolutionary chain. somewhere along the way, a creature making its way to humanity would have had to begin having an eye. the eye could not have evolved because there is nothing that would have caused a creature to begin forming a sightless eye. Since the evolutionary theory says changes come about because of adaptation, tell me what could have caused an eyeless thing to will a useless eye into its head? how would it ever know that it would need an eye that could see?
An eye could either see or it can't and there is no reason for a creature to develop a partial eye just so it could become a seeing eye later. So where did the eye begin? Randomly or by design?
Evolution is a theory that has many facts to be able to derive from it. Religion survives through faith not science.
Simply saying Science and Religion cannot be brought together. Cause no one can prove that religion is real cause its only real in your heart. You yourself choose what to beleive and no one can argue because you already beleived wholeheartedly.
Science on the other hand has the ability to change all critics into believers because of the facts. things that cannot be denied. threading science and religion TS your only asking for vulgarities to be thrown at you. This is a web where hundreds and thousands of people can access.
If you wanna know whether evolution is real or not here is when i bring science and religion together. I send you to hell and you ask Charles Darwin about it. There that is how you make nonsense which is called.. Science and Religion.
PS- If you say there is a God. Then my form of God is a form of never ending energy. God is the energy that created the big bang. If we believe in God... Then Aliens believe in the same God meh? Wonder if they even have Gods. One day science will rule it all. Religion is starting to dissipitade within the Ipod Generation already.. How much longer can religion last againts time? Its just a question i wonder about myself.

I reckon that religion will still sustain itself as long as people hold faith... Science and Religion can co-exist in my opinion... As much is said, Science talks about the "how" and Religion talks about the "why"
Regarding sending people to hell or not, I guess its entirely up to God's desicion... And the fact that you acknowledge "Hell" can be see as you believing in the presence of the unknown, yes?
Anyway, we're for a peaceful discussion =) Feel free to comment ok ok?

Actually the idea of Heaven or Hell is quite subjective.
To me, the whole idea of spending Eternity having my every needs and wants attended without effort is absolutely horrifying. And the idea of not having to think since i am in the Realm of the Ultimate Truth doesn't sound particularly enjoyable to me either.
Not to say that i would enjoy having every orifice on my body poked at, but i think you get what i mean.
