Today, another girl who survive a medical problem using lung heart machine thank god for creating the miracle that saves her.
Well, as an atheist, what can i say. God is taking credit for nothing again. Come on, it people who invent the machine and the doctors who save her. I hope singapore govt and media can really educate the public masses the right thing and not to spread wrong beliefs in life.

haha i believe that machines and doctors do save lives.. =) i also believe that God guided their hand, provided the means, create inspiration which leads to new way of healing the sick..

In Singapore, I would thank God.
Because I am not in the "wealth band" to afford such treatment. I am in the pull-through-on-your-own-or-die class.

Ya, it's pretty sad that people choose to put their 'blind faith' totally in machines and science. Who created us? Evolution? Kinda nonsense isnt it if we think of the complexities of our body.
It defies any logic or scientific theories that its just a mere coincidence that we are who we are. What if we have our feet where our hands should be? What if we have our nose where our mouths should be? What if our internal organs are not organised as they way they are now? Coincidence?
Look at the things around us; animals, plants, mountains, trees etc. All have their own purpose. Coincidence?
All of us will die one day. Isnt it sad that we forget that? So what are our purpose in this life?
So the science take all the credit for saving the girl's life? Who gave us the brains to be who we are? To invent the things we see today? Without faith, what is there for us to cling on to when times are bad, or when we are on the down?
Btw, im a Muslim.

24/7...very true.....science and religion does not conflict...
God's creation is a science itself, we study them and that leads to science. Physics, Chemistry, Biology etc...without God's creations, there will be no science. come to think of it, science is a form of understanding and making sense of God's creations.
Like i sad, all things have their purpose and science makes us see the reasons and purposes of their creations, be it for living or non-living things.
