no such places exsist unless in the kingdom of God.
even early christians were "advised" by JC to maintain their love for God and their works.
your motive in going to a place of worship is to find people who can help you start develop a r/s with God.after that its pretty much how deeply u wanna b involved with God.always remember God first before man(woman).then u will know if the church is "nice"

I'm sure you must be bewildered by the large number of churches, each expounding its own ideas of Christianity and salvation (ie: getting to heaven). They all assert that their teachings are based on the bible but lo and behold, their teachings often differ, and sometimes on very fundamental issues ! So what is one to do ?
You could of course not join any church and simply read the bible for yourself and believe that somehow God will guide you in your understanding of the faith. But would that work ? Afterall, pastors from different churches have spent lots of time reading and meditating on the bible and they still disagree on many major issues. The bible is not written like an instruction manual. You need an authority to guide you in understanding the word of God.
What this means is that you need a church and in choosing one, you should focus on seeking the 'truth' of the Christian faith. Hip music, nice buildings, entertaining and 'awesome' pastors that make you 'feel good' are all nice but secondary to the search for the truth.
The million dollar question then is which church do we go to where we are guaranteed the fullness of the truth of the Christian faith ? Amongst other things, you would want this Church to have been around since the time of Jesus and have connections to the apostles whom Jesus sent to preach to the world - "he who hears you, hears me"(1); and not a church that only began more than 1,500 years after Jesus or worse, in the last fifty or hundred years. You would want this Church to have been there in the 4th century AD when the bible (as we know it today) was put together from existing writings and declared to be the word of God; and a Church which continues to teach what the apostles and early church fathers taught. Of course the Church would have developed and built upon these teachings after 2000 years of theological development but it would not contradict or discard those doctrines even as worship practices change. As with any other organisation made up of human beings, this Church would have its share of warts and scandals throughout the ages (we all know what human beings are like); but it would have survived through it all as "the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it" (2) as Jesus had assured.
The above drastically reduces the list of churches that you would want to consider. Actually, there is only one universal church that fits the bill, which would be obvious to most by now even without my mentioning it .
Of course, many non-Catholics (oops) would disagree with what I've written and we may end up in theological debates that go nowhere, but the above is meant to give you something to chew on as you (or anyone else) contemplate the Christian faith.
May the Lord bless and guide you ...
(1) Luke 10:16
(2) Mat 16:18

Can you at least specify if you're a protestant or a catholic 1st?
