Hmm..icic..i always thought it was because of exodus 12:35 thats y the israelis were rich..didnt know was because it was prior to that the israelis sold water to egyptians..
hmm it is also mentioned in verse 24 of Exodus 7 that "And all the Egyptians dug along the Nile to get drinking water, because they could not drink the water of the river."
Perhaps this means that the curse of water becoming blood only applied to those as mentioned in verse 19. Water dug up and not scooped from streams, canals, ponds and reservoirs could be drunk.
Perhaps this is how the priests repeated the same thing by their secret arts?
