  i) An infallible dogma must be held by the Universal Church (not just one rite)
  ii) Clerical Celibacy is only held by the Roman Church and not ECC
  iii) Hence clerical celibacy is not infallible dogma

  ii) Some Eastern Rites reject the Latin doctrine of purgatory both in name and intepretation though they accept the concepts behind it.
  iii) Since it is not held by the Universal Church, purgatory is not infallible dogma

  If you ask me, only the creeds are universal dogma. Because they are composed before the Great Schism. Even Protestants agree to the creeds.

  If you are talking about universal christian dogma, then this would include all versions of christianity. Unitarians will consider the first 4 Ecumenical Councils as heretical etc. There is no true universal dogma in Christianity except that Christ had a virgin birth and was crucified on the Cross.
