You are right that this is a public forum and you have the right to comment. You certainly did not post anything that goes against the Sedition Act.
CE is right too, there is a difference between theory and practice. It is easy to forget this, 'cos most of the time you two are discussing on very "idealistic" stuff like whether Christmas is biblical or not. When it comes to theology, none of us are truly expert, I must say.
However rearing kids is a practical matter and one should have the results to prove it. When it comes to bringing up kids, all parents have the right to claim to be an expert. (edit: .. as far as their own children is concerned)
In fact, I try to hint that if you have kids, then say so. CE has said, only vince is qualified to give comments. If you have kids, presumably you are also qualified to give comments.
I must point out that CE is still pretty antagonistic now .. so chill it.
