About returning back to church

Hi all,i am currently taking my o's...i am an ex chc member,i have the though of going back to church
But i guess its the effect of satan,don feel like going back anymore,hope to have advice from you guys
The reason why i did quit its because firstly:
I feel that church is taking too much of my time,its not that i don wan to give god my time,i would love to give god my time....i would have to attend bible study,cell group,even when the service starts at 5 in the evening,i would have to go at 1 or 12?which i feel its really taking much of my time.Sometimes have to go next day service(chc have 2 youth service,one one sat evening and sunday morning) which i don feel like going,i go because my cell group leader asked me to go
Secondly:
Its about my clothes,personally i don have a lot of nice clothing and the way those chc members wear is like dam nice and every week i would fret over clothing
Personally i feel it would better if i just attend the service alone,much more freedom than having cell group
On the other side,sometimes i would feel better with my cell group
Hais,i really don know

den wad u wear and others wear will nt affect u in anyway. dressing in a presentable and neat way will do. -

hMmm...I don't think ALL chc members wear very nice, and that if you wear plain, you can't go?
I've been there for the last 10 years...and I go in t-shirt and jeans...my members sometimes even more relaxed than me....its just dressing style. Of course there're those who dress up, and I'm glad they do, because they look nice.
But its alright, whatever you dress, its all ok. I think more than 50% of the pple are just in jeans and t-shirt....really. You don't believe you go see yourself on the web.
Self Esteem
I guess the reason you feel this way is due to some hurts and self-esteem issues, you'll have to sort that out inside you, and realise that it doesn't really matter the outward, its the inward.
How about taking a step to slowly build your confidence and self esteem?
Hiding and feeling sorry doesn't help, yea?
Personal Experience
When I first went to church, I was from a lower-class kinda family, I went to church in shorts and t-shirt, that was the "best" I had, its all okay, everyone is accepted.
Well...church doesn't really take much time... we easily spend half a day out shopping, what is 2 hours or abit more?
Valueing time
Its how you value time, whether you feel it is worth it. For 2 hours, you can fellowship of your friends and the you receive the Word of God and revelation/encouragement for your life....its much better than doing nothing, gaming or stoning , right?

don't go to church because someone tells u so. if u r doing something that is against ur personal values or principles, don't do it. it is that simple.
all u need to do is to get ur objectives right.

If you can just spare 15 minutes everyday with God, I'm sure he will speak to your heart.
In this 15 minures, spend 80% praising HIM
15% to pray for others and for yourself..maybe 5%
You will find a difference in your life.......
