Slain in the Spirit

  Hey all,im a catholic and the other day i attended a healing mass and alot of people were being prayed over,then i noticed them falling backwards and i believe they're slained,just got a few questions here...
  
  Do you lose conscious of ur surroundings when slained?
  How does it feel like after u fall?
  How long will it take to get up?

  Most likely you will lose consciousness. You might feel lost when you wake up.
  
  They mostly conduct these sessions with plenty of helpers, so there is little chance of injuring yourself if you fall backwards.
  
  As for how long you will take to get up, this cannot be verified.
  
  Personally, I don't believe in this whole charismatic movement. There are too many opportunities for abuses, which does not edify the people of God at all.

  my dad when he received christ, he got slained.
  
  he described it as a jolt of electricity, and he was strengthless and powerless and he just rested.

  Do you ask God when exactly is the second coming of Christ to the exact second?
  Time is kind of hard to gauge when dealing with spiritual sources.

  i dont believe this is true lo. Last time i fell backwards was when i was pushed by the person praying for me. i already told you guys right? one finger on the forehead can ding4 jiang1 shan1

  few reason why people fell
  1) really slain by the Holy Spirit ....
  2) kenna push by the person
  3) pretend to fell (feel pai sei not to fell, convinced must fell, expected to fell, the person beside me fell ... so many reason) aka group mentality
  4) stand too long in queue, too tired, fainted
  
  .....................many many reasons.... only 1 is real, the rest all fake ones
