i like to get the taoist tattoo, the 1 that is a circle and then is split in to 2 parts, 1 black 1 white, then black got 1 white dot, and white got 1 black dot.
i find it very meaningful to me, like never judge a book by its cover.
but i believe in god, then i still can put? -
what is that? pulut hitam with coconut tattoo?

firstly, when you say that you believe God, have you accepted Him as Lord and Savior? If you are, then proceed to the 2nd question:
Secondly, as a christian, does that symbol glorify God? Does it make you salt and light of this world? Will people see you as a good example? If it does, then proceed to the 3rd question:
and thirdly, in everything, love must be most important. will other christians be stumbled by it? will God be pleased with it?, if you cause other believers to be stumbled, you're not acting in love, and you should consider not doing so, even if you're in the right. If the answer to this question is no, then go ahead and tattoo the yin yang symbol onto your body.

Even if it is for frivolous reasons, know the meaning of the symbol.
And when someone ask you can explain, and talk.
Its stupid if all you can say is, its just for fun.

Our Air Force in the begining also has the YinYang. -

some people believe that you disobey God, you walk out of His protection which gives satan the opportunity to attack you, whereas some people believe you can never be attacked or possessed by satan. note that i'm not talking about oppression, oppression and possession is different.
the bible did forbid the tattooing of the body by the way. then again, the bible also forbid men to wear earrings.
so i chose not to talk about the spiritual aspect, but i just posted the 3 question.
if the answers to the 3 questions are yes, you're a christian (because if you're a non-christian, it doesn't matter at all), yes, it will glorify God, and no it will not stumble other christians.
then go ahead and do it.
oh i'd like to add another thing: will you regret it 10, 20 years down the road? think carefully. its gonna be there permanently, even if you laser off, its not going to come out that nicely, and its costly.
i'd like to give a testimony i heard about a bike gangster who became a christian. his whole body was filled with tattoos, and particularly 1 tattoo was the one which glorified satan. 666. so anyway after receiving Christ, and after a few years, his cell leader asked if he'd like to be baptised, but the biker was hesitant, because he was ashamed of his tattoos and was afraid of what others would think.
he told his cell leader that he wanted to laser off everything first before he got baptised. his cell leader told him its ok, God judges the heart, and not the outside, if his heart was repentant, it doesn't matter what others think.
so he registered for baptism. and a miracle happened.
when he entered the waters and rose from the depths.. no all the tattoos were still there..
except the one which glorified satan. the 666 was gone. -
