For virus, you need to tahan the muscle sores and what not and must drink lots of water. No cure basically, you'll need to rely on your own immune system to fight the virus.
For bacteria(infection), you need to see doctor to get some anti-biotics.
I recently had a virus and also vommited 6 times. And just yesterday i had some mild fevers again.(in case you are wondering why i am in sgforums the whole of today) I drank 2500ml of water. Now im fine.
For virus, the more distinct symtoms are generally high fever, muscle sore, glands swell up. -

Everybody has their life centre. Some people have exams and careers as their centre. Thus, they do everything for that purpose. To have a good job.etc.. That is their purpose of life. Some people's centre is their friends. So they do everything to please their friends. And here comes my challenge. How is the "good" defined? In his shoes, will your action be seen as good? I don't think so.
