What do would seek most from God?

What would you seek most God at this point of time in your life?
For me it would be patience, especially when it comes to dealing with the many people I encounter every day.
Also for the right heart when doing the things I need to do, and not do it for the sake of doing it. -

Patience from God? I don't get it. Why is God dispensing this and that? And if He does dispense, why you and not to all His creatures? That way, not only you wouldn't have problems in daily encounters!

Protect my family, esp my parents (they are getting old).

I seek only one thing from God. To know he is God with every of my faculties - to be in constant awareness of His presence.
My heart and mind is so clouded, I'm guilty of being aware of God only when its "time to be holy". Sad la. -

Eternal Peace, be it in this life or when I go to meet Him. And obviously, guidance in affairs of the heart and soul.
