Cell group - grow to a certain number, split up into two or more smaller group which grow and split, the initial group now effectively no longer exist, but had split into smaller groups ...
G12 - 1 leader mentor up to 12 disciples training them to grow up in maturity, these 12 disciple then go out and each mentor their own disciple ..... and so on, but the initial group of 12 remains, just that the disciples now had in turn mentor their own, they still remain as mentored by their mentor. -

There are many reasons why a Church goer goes to church other than your reasons stated. FCBC's strength is their TOUCH ministry. Go figure out the rest?

I fully agree.... this term "corporate holiness" is probably one of those meaningless jargons that had crept into some churches. Since we're talking about CGs, let me share my experience. At one point of time I was not attending any CG. Ya, it didn't serve any purpose to me at that time.
When I brought my wife-to-be to my church, I joined a CG. The main purpose was that she can get to know new friends in church. I'm glad that she was able to formed new relationships at my current church.
I guess the CG makes it easier to integrate people into the church on a smaller scale. If not handled properly, it forms cliques.
