i found this on another forum. its quite hilarious, yet it makes sense and doesnt at the same time. comments?

it is ironic that they justify their high pay by saying paying high salary reduce corruption
that is akin to saying taxes are legalised robbery

It is obvious that there are many who are not supporters of the PAP government. I wish that this forum remains apolitical. The verse in question does not refer to PAP per se, regardless of how it may sound. It refers to rich folks who are not able to forgo their wealth for God. It is not even for rich people specifically.
As such, I deem that this topic is irrelevant and misleading and I will close it.
As sillyme had already stated, please refrain from profanity.
