I Got Scam To A Regular Cell Group Meeting

One friend of mine who is a christian scam me to cell group claming that it was a birthday party
as i enter the terrace house i heard christian songs were sang i feel kinda of puzzled and my friend told me it was birthday song but obviously it is not
after questioning my other close friend who is not a christian but is here for the cell group he told me that it was not a birthday party @ all it was just a normal cell group meeting
and as soon as i know this when they wanted to start to sing other song i take my bag and walk thru the crowded cell and left furiously
and what more after i left i did not knew where to go to get a bus
i walk to a bus stop finally after 15 minutes as the terrace house was so far away from the city
i feel i got scam and feel very upset with my friend who is a christian and close friend of mine
i feel that he betray my trust and he even call to tell me that HE LIE for a good reason
and i told him that was crap forcing and scamming somone into a cell group or church is wrong and what does one of the ten commandments state
he lied on purpose and go against the ten commandments on purpose and wish to be forgive everytime
if u disobey the ten commandments
on purpose and u wish to have forgiveness everytime do you really think god will forgive u when u are not even truly repentant ? -

I was also wondering why some (* Do take note and no offence meant) christians will go all out to "jio" people into believing their faith. I mean, do you have a certain quota to meet at the end of each month? Like you're suppose to drag at least like 5-10 people each month before you're forgiven of your sins? I know it sounds ridiculous but the way that those people go about cheating young people and making them attending talks and seminars on their faith is nothing to be proud of.
Everyone is entitled to their opinions and their believe in religion and i believe that that person that Ghimpheng a.ka Jackson
mentioned just now cannot be even considered as a fren.
Lying for good reason? My goodness. Is that what they teach in certain (* Do take note and no offence meant) churches these days?

Haiz , i hope that this incident has not scared you off from ever being a christian.
Be ware that what your friend did is obviously wrong and is not condoned by most true christians. Being a christian is an active choice that a person must make by himself, scamming people just destroys the spirit and the freedom that free choice gives. -

i remember it was almost the same when i attended a funeral service. the singing session was fine wif me (at most i keep quiet loh), but the spokeperson gave a very long speech abt christianity n kept critisizing other religion. damn... i was so pissed tat i wanna walk off but its afterall a funeral, must give respect to the decreased.
