however, the doctrine that God is Three in One is explicitly found in both Old and New Testament.
The most obvious mentioning of this is found in Matthew 28:19-20 in the Great Commission when Jesus talked about 'in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit'
another incident is during the Baptism of Jesus in river Jordan by John the Baptist when we can see the Three Persons of the Trinity in one scene. The Son was baptised, the Father declared the Sonship of Jesus and the Spirit of God descended upon the Son in the likeness of a dove. -
