what if one day ur gf decided to convert n be part of CHC?

ur steady gf... steady for almost 1 year liao, who was a free thinker all along, den u r a taoist/buddhist.
den one day she suddenly confessed to u that she have been to a few CHC services after one of her friend recommended her. den she said she made some new friends n they preached her bout christianity, n she said the services was very inspirational n the pastor was full of passion blah blah blah... den she said now she feels her life has more purpose n more fulfilling after getting to know God.
den now she said she wanna convert to christianity n be part of CHC, n she ask u to join her (convert n be CHC member). den naturally u r shocked n said no way, stop talking nonsense, stop dreaming blah blah....
den of course u wouldnt so such a unfilial thing coz ur parents r strict taoist/buddhist n u always go temple wif them, help them out in 7-month etc....
den when u refused, she started to kpkb n said if u dun convert, u will go to hell... n insulted ur religion, saying dunno what u r praying to inanimate objects n burn papers = pollute air.... buy joss stick joss paper = waste money... etc
den u tulan den u 2 quarrel den she say wanna break up watever....
den wat would u do? -

Allow me to share my experience.
Less than 2 months after I left CHC, I met a girl who in time to come became my wife. We were actually looking into going to a church together. Conincidentally I found that she's from CHC also. But as the crowd mass of the church is so big, it's not surprising why we didn't see each other during the few months attending CHC vigourously.
I went back to CHC to attend service with her for a couple times more. Then I gradually revealed my intentions to her. Slowly bit by bit trying to convince her to leave CHC as the foundations of the church were laid wrongly. But doing as gentle as possible, not to pressurize her. It was not surprising that she realised the parts that were amiss and she was convinced that CHC wasn't the church for a proper spiritual growth. Let her understand through love and be patient. You'll find that things are more effective if you're not harsh.
We never went back to CHC after that. But we still do keep in contact with a close friend of ours also from CHC. She was also 1 of the 2 witnesses for our marriage.
Gradually win her over with truth. Christians are not supposed to condemn other people religions as it reflects badly on the part that calls all Christians to be meek; gentle (meaning not quarrelsome). No matter how brutal the truth may be, win people over with our conduct and not arguments. For even if we win the argument, we may stand to lose a friend. -
