This is modern day bah. In the hymns, we have 'Eternal Father Strong to Thee', so I guess it was more prevalent last time. -

In my opinion its the result of the modern day protestant teachings of Jesus and ME.
In the catholic church whereby there is saints and the virgin mary, generally, i still feel the Eternal Father is still forgotten. -
Frankly to TS,which are you more interested in? A ticket to heaven or to follow whole heartedly with god? What if god told you that the only way to heaven is to have you follow him through hell, would you still follow and have faith in him?
PS. not anti-christ. But am just an independent observer whom does not practice actively in any faith. -
