Can christians learn aikido?

i heard there are some martial arts which christians are adviced not to practice due to spiritual background of the art itself
even yoga are not adviced to be practiced -
Those Japanese martial arts so paganistic.
I think Christians cannot learn all of them.

In honesty, there is nothing wrong with learning martial arts.

No doubt when one reaches a certain stage, one has to learn stuffs related to the art (theories, mind and religion).

The typical Tae Kwon Do taught by the SAF is quite safe lah. -

that day in a cave in Israel, someone found a scroll depicting 12 Jewish men in 12 different fighting positions .. awesome.
also found was a scroll on qinggong .. said to be invented by Jesus Christ himself.
if you remember .. there was once in the gospel .. Jesus Christ was trapped in a house which was surrounded by a crowd. Then somehow he could escape .. the text describes his movement as pretty graceful. -

One of my confessors was a taekwondo black belt in his youth. But he did advise against learning a martial art because of two reasons.
1) Violence
2) Devotion to 'Master' can be dangerous. -
