  It took me 4 years to get what I know. And this language really propelled me well to see God's words from 3 different perspective. If I don't understand the English, I will search the Japanese and compare both meanings. If not I will refer to some seniors. It'll take her another few years to learn. We do not have that kind of time to wait to absorb God's words.
  
  I love my wife so as to accomodate her needs will be OK. Doesn't matter too. I will not mind going to an English oriented church for her sake.
  
  Previously she accepted Christ and attended CHC for couple of years during the Katong days, I explained to her the differences between their teachings and the correct ones on certain issues and it convinced her to move out of CHC on her on accord. As long as the teachings are able to administer the correct faith and no language barrier, any church is fine with me. So I don't really view it as a 'sacrifice'.

  depends. some call 'kami sama', some calls 'ten no otousama'.
  
  then prayer before closing with "i e su sama no namae de inorimasu a-men"
  
  Some wordings different. But ultimately converted to English it's the same with what normal churches are doing now.

  Opps .. I just realized otousama sounds like otousan .. isn't that father? If Ten is heaven or sky, then the literal translation will be heaven's father.

  I initially tot that i e su is like chinese too. But Katakana for Jesus is I E SU. Makes me wonder whether Hebrew also sounds like that. Though I have no sources, I heard that Japanese and Chinese bible is translated from Hebrew directly.

  I E SU is closer to the Latin Iesus.
  
  I dunno how to pronounce I E SU .. issit close to iie-su? If su is the mandarin su .. then it will sound like the mandarin pronunciation liao.
