Assuming that the devil exists, would you dare to argue religion with him without thinking of the consequences that he might be way smarter than you and turn your christian values upside down?

But the thing is christians have a view that the devil may disguise himself as someone intelligent with infallible logic (like us
) to challenge their faith and they must stand firm against those challenges.
Blind faith won't stand very firm against logical debates, that's why you need to understand your religion more. -

As an example, look at the Temptation of Christ. Jesus did rebuke the devil using the Word of God alone. -

It's like posting in sgForums.
You can put forth your views but when you know the other party has closed his mind to it - why bother? Nothing will get through. Ultimately, whatever argument will boil down to repetition and restatement of previous points.
I'm not particularly patient, and I definitely do not stand to benefit/gain on any moral/personal level.
So, it really is like posting in sgForums. State your views once, and clarify after if needed - but beyond that - why bother? Nobody gains on any level (and if anyone claims to develop a "sense of self-satisfaction", I'd seriously be
at you).
NB: this is not even considering the preliminary issue of whether one should argue with the Devil in the first place - i.e., once again, it's like posting in sgForums - some topics warrant serious constructive discussion, most others should be ignored.
EDIT: I can easily draw parallels to many forumers - the essence of discussion is constructive, substantive debate. When people walk away from a bland argument (i.e. one that no longer constitutes substance, but mere pride), he/she demonstrates enlightenment beyond the grasp of the other party regardless of the "ginna-ish" claims of the other party (e.g. "HUMJI AH" "LOSE LIAO AH"). -
