come on....qualified candidates pls submit your personal particulars for arrangement of entrance test.
for details and format of test as follows:
Entrance Test covers Christian apologetics, theology and counselling
50 MCQ in which u must get at least 95% correct
7 Essay questions in which u need to attemp 5.
Essay topics include questions like how to respond to flames, nonsense threads and persistent anti christian postings.
Afterwhich you are require to have an interview with Mod of EH to further assess your mental health...for which i failed
if you pass all the above, you will be issued a provisional Mod licence and after 6 mths of probation you will be officially ordained as the Mod of EH. Each office last 6 years and you are allowed to seek further extension for not more than 2 consecutive office term.

A question was posed in another thread regarding how to be a moderator in EH.
I think I will touch on the difficulties faced.
1) Dealing with forum members whose intent is to bring down the name of Christianity. They post without the intention of having proper discussion or seeking answers.
2) Deciding what contents to allow and how to deal with it. Do we lock the thread, or delete it completely?
3) Participating in EH's thread without stumbling other EH readers. Like it or not, certain Christian views are not favourable to some people, especially those regarding the sovereignity of God. Even among our believers, we may have differing views. This is also close related to point 2. So as a moderator in EH, we have to be open to conflicting views and at the same time protecting God's name. In the bigger picture, everyone ought to have the same mentality of being receptive, but without compromising your own belief system.
So as an EH moderator, like any Christian should be, you are "...a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people...". On top of that you must wield the moderating privileges wisely.
Though I wrote previously the moderating role of a moderator here is minimal, you can see the unwritten calling is great. A moderator in a Christian forum is not a small task. I struggle with it. But I thank God for the faithful members here who are helping me behind the scenes and also openly in contribution. -
