  Can god understand english?
  
  Since I know Jesus is a Jew and speaks Jewish.

  Jesus can speak Aramaic and most probably Greek as well.
  
  First Bible ever exist is not really Latin, but I suppose the Vulgate is the first major compilation of the Bible.
