honestly i feel there is a problem with the quality of people these mega churches raise up, they are not really humble and stuff, devisive, and not an all embracing person, i've seen alot of kids and young adults who have become bigots, slamming their own cultures, for us chinese is like slamming ancestral worship and stuff like that. it breaks my heart.
i most like older christians like the grand dad's and mom generations of catho-christians, they are very laid back with their faith.
you know the theory, the most insecure boys, talk the loudest, swagger the most, when they grow up get the flashiest cars and stuff?
its the same, christian kids, are mostly well to do, english speaking, at least the snobbish christian kids, i dont think their faith have ever been tested.
i see these kids, kneel down with arms wide open.. "praying" so loudy, and then taking a peek if girls are admiring them,
and these are the same guys, bad mouthing other guys behind their backs.
in army i had a mate who, is a bible toting feller, soft spoken, always talk about god, and look at me with the most understanding eyes, when i tell him why i left church, my friends brought him to geylang,he wanted to see the evils, maybe he as a beacon of light can bring hope to them prostitues, sure he did, in a form of $50, he got himself a hooker.
i dont trust people who blabber the whole day about their god and stuff,
and i trust those who just talk alittle about it when asked. -

I agree with the part about youths today, there is a fair number who are seen to be treating Christianity like its a fad.
