This thread should not have been started at all. If Sun really had the intention to impersonate the sign of satan, then may she be judged and sentenced by heaven's will. Not for us to gossip here.
I'm Catholic....despite her flamboyant ways, do show some respect for her here. Given her background, she would not be so brazen as to associate herself with Lucifer. -

It doesn't mean anything if the person doing it doesn't know what it means. IIRC I have noticed younger children trying to imitate rappers doing such signs to try to act cool.
Proof that it wasn't delibrate:
Her palm is facing outwards, whereas the actual sign is palm facing away in a more menacing look. ie. like the peace sign is palm facing out, but the insult "up yours" is palm facing in. -

The act may be unintentional, however it does have some sensitive implications.
2 She was a former pastor. She should know the subtle pose or act she does harnass certain effects, hence the sensitive implications.
3 Why it is linked to Christianity because Sun have many followers who adore her.

Unfortunately, there are people who couldn't differentiate being a christian and a fan.
She is like britney spears and her followers in chc copies her.
Those 'britney wannabe'
I'm taking Britney because she had cause a certain movement in the teenage market. Hair, cloths, make up etc.
People may disagree with me.
And all i can say is. Take 2hrs of your sunday time and sit in one of their service.

I agree that some people can't differentiate being a christian and a fan. I believe you may have had an influence on the teens as well. Just responding generally.
They are going just to be part of the IN crowd and rather than for the actual purpose of going to church. Not only that, they drag other people along who become like them, getting caught up in everything and losing the real meaning and purpose.
Sometimes, such people become so disillusioned that they just get angry with the whole of christianity and lamblast any Christian as being brainless and mindless because their angry with how they got "conned" into going to church last time.
