She's pastor because the CHC website calls her as Pastor. I know this for a fact because I follow the changes of their website quite closely. It was only after the debacle of her change of career that the church leaders took her off that role and title -

actually I think she was called Reverend. I remember this vividly when I was following up the CHC website. This was one of my major points of contention with the CHC leadership. I also think she was ordained otherwise it would not justify the title of reverend.
