  few 100k years? cause last time people live is few hundred years then die 1. then descendant, descendant and more descendant. take the 1st page of matthew, all the people x200 years?

  On the surface, the bible does not mention the age of the universe at all. You can argue very young or very old, but how old is old right?

  This is unscientific. Now what day and age liao (pun intended), you still stuck in the mythological understanding of Genesis 1?
  
  Creation should be understood the same way in science and in the bible. If that is what pple like NUS want .. I give it to them - in present day science.

  Creation in biblical sense is tricky. Do you mean physical or spiritual creation?
  
  Science cannot probe the spiritual creation but it is generally in agreement with Scripture on the physical creation.

  Yes. Scientifically Big Bang was THE creation. Scripture agrees that it was an act of tabula rasa.
