Did that answer your question? In any case to do any rational or logical good to use Davidche as an example, for that seems to be his intention. If he is a Christian or not I cannot answer, though I doubt that and truly suspect he is simply trolling for fun. But what I do know is that most sensible men do not go out of their way to make their own belief set look like nonsense.
I dont like to act things out.
If he did that I must say that he is a really sad example of a Christian to begin with, but to truly have a debate you must face the healthy examples of intellectual and intelligent Christians, not the malnourished stereotypes and strawmen that seem to have plagued this forum.
If other religions r false, i say they r false.
About the first dealing i had with other religion. The one about praying to someone hu isnt God, i am too off track cos i added opinions. like weird, funny and dumb. -
U say other religions are false but to me, all these christian stuffs are also false too. It just something to generate money for the church, to make ppl in the top management rich with money. Dun believe me, go and find out how much money the city harvest church has. It's more like a club for rich ppl. unfortunately you are using only CHC as the example, you are obviously not aware of the many poor churches in Singapore who inspite of their lack of wealth, is providing aids to the many charitable organisations in the country. My church is definitely not a club for rich people..... I wouldn't be there if it is! -

Rather, from a academic background, i term it as 'growing observable trend'.
Not to mention the trend of teenagers to flock to certain churches, making them grow, thus the flashy cars and all.

There have been enough scandals local or overseas to suggest that some ppl are making use of followers' blind faith to make great wealth and possess many properties. Even when the scandal has been exposed and the culprit has been charged and sentenced, his followers are still silly enough to support him. This just shows that education level has nothing to do with one person's intelligence.
