U know I heard of a tale about a buddha suffering in her mother place in 18 storeys of hell, obvtain enlightenment yet willingly stay in hell to help the people. He is such a sinless and compassionate man. Why doesn't people believe in him
He himself never said he is God. -

Wrong. People hate Christians because they are narrow-minded and irritating. They can't accept the existence of other religions and always think that only they are right, whereas everyone else is wrong. So Christians need not feel too sad if persecution happens bcos then they are really accounted worthy to suffer for Jesus. Of course, we must not do wrong things ourselves as Peter(or is it Paul?) said we are not to suffer for doing evil things but to suffer for doing good. -

I thought a person with 'gei kiang' personality will believe that he can do everything by his own strength? no?
a christian by my humble opinion is one who acknowledge he cannot do it, and very in need of the grace of God, one who admitted he is spiritually bankrupt and hence need the salvation that is from Christ.
