Why people go to church?

CPF can only be used in this life .. your tithe can be used for eternity.

For an average singaporean, 10% a lifetime is equivalent to buying a house. And u get to claim back your CPF and really spend it. For tilthing, u r not going to see your money back tis lifetime. -

Theres the most important thing you guys have to know. Tithing, for christians is returning our money back to God.
Also, when i tithe, i feel happy to do it cos i feel like thanksgiving to the lord when i tithe.
So he gives you 100% and you return 10%. You return 10% to thank him for the 100%.
Why do we christians say God gave us the 100% then?

The issue on contributing to the Church is found in the Precepts of the Church.
Precepts of the Church
1. You shall attend Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation.
2. You shall confess your sins at least once a year.
3. You shall humbly receive your Creator in Holy Communion at least during the Easter season.
4. You shall keep holy the holy days of obligation.
5. You shall observe the prescribed days of fasting and abstinence.
6. The faithful also have the duty of providing for the material needs of the Church, each according to his abilities -
