New Testament era got prophet or not?

Got or not?
According to Hebews 1, Christ is supposed to be the culmination of God's revelation, so there should be no prophets after Christ.
But how come in NIV Acts 15:32Judas and Silas, who themselves were prophets, said much to encourage and strengthen the brothers.
PS: John the Baptist was actually the last prophet of the OT, many believers never realize. -

And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues.1 Corinthians 14:29-33
From 1 Corinthians (quoted above) as well as Acts, its seems like the office of the Prophets did not cease in the NT Church, so when did it cease? or rather is it because man out of fear refuses to accept it?
29Two or three prophets should speak, and the others should weigh carefully what is said. 30And if a revelation comes to someone who is sitting down, the first speaker should stop. 31For you can all prophesy in turn so that everyone may be instructed and encouraged. 32The spirits of prophets are subject to the control of prophets. 33For God is not a God of disorder but of peace.
Again, the function of the NT Prophets may differ to that of the OT Prophets.
