no lah....i am not too concerned about whether u raise ur hand or not during worship....I do at times but I would not go as far to say u must. that would be ridiculous. The explanation that I accept when i was still in a brethen church is that when we worship God, we worship with our whole being, raising of hands to to my fren who explained it to me is simply an expression of his worship with his hands, nothing more. -

aiyah sometimes when u are very happy with someone, u say "Yeah! You are the one! You are the one for me!!! " while pointing the finger at that person. That kind of pointing is to emphasize ur point mah

The organist only plays when someone stands up and says something like "lets sings Hymn 281"... the organist is mostly females and so they cannot lead worship in that church also.... but thats the mode of worship.... for one hour, there is possibly no sound at all. -

I think both sides have plenty to learn as christians. And for fundamentalists at least they should see that God can be a relevant God without breaking the boundaries. -
i too had a discussion with one of the leaders there about this. Women are not allowed to speak up in worship generally. hahaha dun think of twisting things to suit ur perverse ways hahahaha....
anyway it is a good outreach but not all missions with noble intentions end up good, it is especially easy to fall when u dun walk with God at all times.... -

Secondly, while the usage of "those music" for worship may be controversial, it is nevertheless used in many parts of the world to great effect. And we are not just toking about heavy metal music, we are also toking about using electronic music and art drawings....
Thirdly, what is worship music? Must it have God and Jesus in the lyrics and must it be like most Hillsongs with a 4/4 rythmn?
