  when Catholics fast on Fridays or during Lent, people say that we are Pharisees.
  
  When Protestants fast anytime, it's biblical.

  Thanks. I did a 30 days Spiritual fast last year October but stopped midway. Mine is 16 hour fast from 12am to 6pm, Meal time once a day from 6pm to 12am, rest of the period can only take water. I stopped at 17th day as i got abit of fever. Maybe due to weather.
