was know of the king james and NIV bible. heard that there are other too, like the message bible and new living. are all these new version of bible reconginsed?

last time when I was serving NS, a malay staff sergeant bring me back to his house to see his precious collection - a big big red color cover KJV bible...he says he met a pastor on a plane and argued with the pastor....and he won....
and go mustafa 4th floor bookshop, they have a lot of books refuting Christianity....a lot using ahmet deedat's theories.... -
