Romans 14Peace and God bless.
5One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. 6He who regards one day as special, does so to the Lord. He who eats meat, eats to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstains, does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God.
19Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification. 20Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All food is clean, but it is wrong for a man to eat anything that causes someone else to stumble. 21It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother to fall.

ok.
Let get the facts first:
1) These Jewish observance (feasts) described in the OT, are all insituted by God, entrusted to the Jewish people. These religious feast was there for a purpose (my take is that God do not put meaningless things that are of no purpose in the Scriptures).
*personally, I do study these feast/observance/commandments, for to me, they points to the things regarding Christ and His perfections.
2) We profess that salvation is received only by grace through Christ, we are totally not capable of adding/substracting anything to His perfect works.
3) Christ in his perfectness had fulfilled all the requirements of the laws and commandments.

Ok, this is my take of this. whether one would/would not observe these feast/observance/commandments, let it be a personal conviction just as the Lord had put into each heart. Let not the one who observe them dispise those who do not, and let not those who think its not necessary condemn those that do. Instead, lets make efforts to do what leads to peace and mutual edifications to one another.
Peace and God bless.

Roman 8:1-2
1Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.
