Just to make things clear.
I had made the decision to remove brey from the role of mod. The question of his role here was questioned a few times.
I have nothing against brey. Just that it is hard for the visitors of EH to separate his opinions from his responsibilities in EH. These mixing up of thoughts and opinions by the visitors is disruptive to the forum.
I believe brey can and will be contributing to the forum even he is no longer a mod (we all started that way).
Hope there is no hard feelings. -

I view in this, we need to address the need to have mod clearing the mess here and also allowing them to post their own personal opinion.
If such is the case, I would susgest to create 1 or 2 'dummy nicks' solely for the sake of mods, meaning these ids will be used by mods to do the cleaning, allowing the person to continue to post his/her opinion using their own personal nicks. while the use of these 'mod nicks' is solely for Mod purposes only.

is anyone feels the right to edit msgs posted by anyone. he/she shd be brave enuf to use his own original nick and justify his actions
n anyway. anyone who posts r entitled to their own opinion. mods shd not abuse their authority by deleting or editing posts w/o fair justification. this means the mod mus only edit or delete a post if the post is deemed harmful to the particular forum. NOT edit or delete due to conflict of his/her personal intereest. -

If have 2 nicks can help people to differentiate when a person is acting at the capacity of a mod or when he/she is simiply posting his/her own personal opinion, why not? personal nick -> personal opinion, mod nick -> mod capacity. -
