1. Have you yourself been an addict to gambling ?
2. Do you know who is God ?

Not necessarily a bad thing in the sense that if give you the freedom you end up gambler, drug addict and so on... like the minute the frog comes out of the well, he gets run over by a car.
It is sad in that you have only one life but you live it inside a superstitious prison. Like the frog in well.... it is a big world out there but he thinks it is better to stay in well in case he gets run over by a car.
About God, if I want to believe in a God, then God must be really big strong and friendly but have decided to leave us alone. That is why you do not see God around. That is why you have no evidence of God. The religions want to believe that God is personal and get invovled in their lives is just fantasy... an opiate to help them sleep better at night and moderate their behavior in the day.
Just challenge whatever God you believe in and say: "God I allow you, I give up my free will, if you do not want me to do this "sin" then stop me. If you do not stop me I take it that you actually do not mind and all this bullshit I hear from all the preachers are just nonsensical crap about you to control me."
You will find that you have a much deeper understanding of who you really are, what your purpose in life is and who and what God is. -

2 billion people who have seen and experience God? Then these 2 billion people would have been in agreement with each other as to what they saw and experienced, yet you have all these denominations fighting with each other over who is more correct.

Yes a few thousand years ago whne man see lightning in the sky, it is a supernatural event because he had no way of understanding it.
More importantly, man had not develop a system to determine the cause behind events and "strange" phenomena.
Now we have well established methods of finding out the cause behind every thing that happens around us.
Yet we have a couple of billion people who still choose to base it not on the established and proven method of finding out the cause but continue to use 2000 year old teachings to live their lives.
This is totally unacceptable.... but if you keep to yourselves and do it quietly in your churches and mosques and temples, nobody will disturb you. But if you come into public forums to try to sucker others... I am so sorry, you will meet with opposition because people cannot allow this type of superstitious beliefs to permeate society... -

Witness how they care for the people as their friends and for each other. Witness how they sacrifice their time to care for strangers they do not know. Have a chat with missionaries, why they rather spend their time in a desolate place singing to a group of children who can only afford 1 meal a day.
i also sincerely, invite you to have a talk with me over a home cook meal or a cup of coffee. And when you are more comfortable, chat with some of my pals in a small group setting, attend church together, do ministry together, pray together. Do the things we do. I can show you who is God.
