I caned my boys when they are younger, right now, not necessarily anymore.
Please note that my boys do not resent me at all, we get along very very well and do lots of things together.
I can share on my philosophy of caning, but not in this thread. -
I support Chastisement thru caning.
The attitude and motives have to always reflect love and mercy of a father to his child. -

Things we (my boys and I) did last night: Son #1 and I are on a 2000 pieces jigsaw puzzle project. Son #2 beat Son #1 and me in Scrabble, and no, we did not pancharn the small kid..... -

also got that covered..... we don't hide stuff like that from them... Son #1 probably anytime now.....
