Who is, or are the antichrist??

The AntiChrist has done it again!! just the argument on the issue of AntiChrist has already turned Christians into discord. the argument turned red, green and soon it will be blue...
Just who is or are the AntiChrist? is it a group of people or one powerful people? an image of worship or an icon for those who are against Christianity? What does the Bible say about it??
1 John 2:18 : "Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour."
Are muslim antichrist? they know the father but deny the son; so do the Jews, they deny jesus as well, are they antichrist?
We discuss and share so that we become more aware of the different disguises that antichrist put on, anybody can be right and wrong.
BUT, take note that besides those who are for Christ, and those who are against Christ, there are also those who do not know Christ, they can't be the antichrist; and among Christians, there are many who live FOR Christ in many different ways, and they cannot be antichrist. -
he may be a christian, it takes one to take one down.

The argument was the result of three very opinionated pig-headed individuals (chin eng, brey and lau) each refusing to back down. .... but if you must know.... the word "anti-Christ" appeared only a few times. There are other names that were used to describe the one who opposed Christ. It can mean the many who is against Christ, it can also mean the one identified in Revelations. As I had previously said - too many people have spent too much time on this futile exercise. Futile because there is no way anyone of these researchers are able to prove one way or another. By Definition in the Bible, this so called Antichrist is someone who claimed to be Christ but actually is not, hence a False Christ.
Now, Lets talk about the true Christ (for only when we know about the True Christ can be able to identified the False)
The Bible talks of Jesus as The Word made flesh (John 1:1, 1:14), born of a Virgin (Matt 1:23), go about healing the sick and setting the captives free(matt 11:5), is without sin and died on the cross for our sins that our sins are being paid for(1Peter2:21-25), and having done all these, had rosed from the dead() and is now at the right hand of God(Acts 7:55-56).That everyone who received him will be saved(Roman10:8-9).

Knowing the False/Anti-Christ, no matter how deep is not going to do anyone anygood
Having the True Christ will be saved.
If I know Christ, receieved Salvation throught his death/resurrection, I don't have to worry about this Anti/False-Christ
The Battle had already been won, why worry over a defeated foe.
For those who are sick, telling them about the false medicine man won't do any help, tell them where to find the true and good doctors will.. -
