Dr John Chew installed as new Anglican Archbishop for SE Asia

The Anglican community of Southeast Asia has a new Archbishop.
Dr John Chew, a 59-year-old Singaporean, was installed as the new Archbishop at a ceremony at St Andrew's Cathedral on Sunday afternoon.
Dr Chew takes over from former Archbishop Yong Ping Chung.
His term of office would be for four years and he'll provide leadership in some nine countries in Southeast Asia.
In year 2000, Dr Chew was installed as the 8th Bishop of Singapore. - CNA/ir
