No matter you went to church for 10 yrs or just start going to church. When someone come to us and share their problem we should be helping each other out and not thinking who is in the church longer. don't know how many time my friend have to advise and cosunel him...until my friend totally give up...and ask some of them to pray for wisdom..sigh...
then you know what is next they accuse him of pressurise and condemm them lar...blaming my friend...
seeing that they really got lot low self-esteem and insecure...perhad under the grace msg too long or the pastor have been over preach of grace msg...
sigh where can you find such a friend even when you are down and can meet you out for some good advise and even loaning them some bks and cd...sigh

Allow me to para-phase 1Cor3:4,5

5 What then is Paster Prince(NCC)," ? What is Paster Kong(CHC),? Servants through whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each.
Lets us not go around comparing churches/pasters like picking apples/oranges saying this one not good or that one not good, this is not a competition, afterall be it NCC, or CHC or any other churches, ultimately, we are all part of the one body with Christ as the head.
example, your money in your left pocket and your money in your right pocket all belongs to you, as far as you are concern, it does not matter which pocket the money is.
Same thing with God, the believers in this church and the believers in another church both belong to God, redeemed by the one work of Christ.
1Cor 3: 1-11 (RSV)

this what my friend say..why he listen to both sermon chc and ncc..
he oso give me example :imagine a injure man have an injury on his arm by an object .and the object is stuck in it.
1.chc msg help to remove the object and stop bleeding.it alittle bit painful.but the object is begin remove.
2.ncc msg help as a bandage and medicince.
listen both to get heal and cure.
for me i don't know...
no point going here then run there, in the end, ended up nowhere and tired/burned out (I am saying this, cause there is a phase in my life I am doing this also, going here and there, and all I ended with is frustration and confusion). -

Its good of your friend to think about others, but sometimes we also need to learn to let go and let God take charge instead.

something really feel like telling my friend don't go NCC or chc...as it very difficult to take root in ncc as the bo cha attitude down there no wonder it is not growing moreover the church form 2yrs early than chc sigh

also .. how you define someone who is full of spirit? As in full of spirit is good? I hope you don't use CHC as a benchmark, 'cos it is akin to labelling the mainstream churches as lacking in spirit.
