Yes. Why ask of man when you can ask from God ? And most fortune telling stuffs engage mediums and stuffs thus I don't really feel comfortable with that.

Fortune telling need to engage medium? I thought medium is a person who link the physical world to the spiritual world? I think palmist or the ah peks setting up shops on tables will be better targets.

So I guess the general answer is no huh?
In those days, those caught stealing had their hands and feets chopped off with accordance to the bible..if Im not mistaken. We dont see those nowadays in this era anyway. Perhaps there is a possibility that the same can be applied in this fortune telling case...no? -

As to the possiblity of repelling this 'no-divination' principle in the New TEstament; actually it is not repelled. Doing these things are trafficking with demons and not God.
Ga 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Notice the word 'sorcery' in verse 20. . It refers to those people who dabble with the occult. what does the New Testament say about those who practice such things?
verse 21: ...'that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.' -
