I can't help but notice these words. Correct me if I am wrong but it seemed to imply that evangelicals are Arminians and Presbyterians are Calvinist.
Being evangelical does not mean that you embrace Arminianism or Calvinism. it has no relation to either theologies. there are Presbyterians who are not Calvinist [five points] and there are evangelicals who are Calvinist.
One is an evangelical if one embraces these points:
Evangelical doctrines
1) Sola fide salvation by faith alone
2) Trinity
3) Sola Scriptura
I hope these notions will be straigthened out. There may be writings that seem to say this but that is a misrepresentation.
